JackRabbit Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

 

Order Cancellations

  • Bike orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.


  • If the order has already shipped, cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.


  • All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Bike Returns

  • You must contact JacKrabbit’s customer service and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) first.  No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number or not pursuant to an RMA.


  • We stand by the quality of our products and do not accept returns on used or opened items. Proof of unopened items will need to be verified with photos and submitted to our Customer Support team within 14 days of delivery.


  • A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved bike returns.

  • If a returned bike is found to have been opened or used, only 50% of the purchase price will be refunded.

  • Any returned item with dirt, debris, or signs of wear (e.g., excessive pet hair, scratches, or any other blemishes) will not be accepted and will be considered a final sale.

Parts, Accessories, and Apparel Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, tags intact (when applicable), and undamaged.

  • Accessories must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All battery purchases are FINAL sale! We do not accept returns or exchanges on batteries except for what is explicitly covered by our warranty, and only after receiving our approval for the replacement.

  • Any sale items, custom orders, or hazardous materials.

 

Damages and Shipping Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • While we take every precaution to ensure your bike arrives in perfect condition, minor cosmetic blemishes may occur during shipping, unpacking, or assembly. These are outside of JackRabbit's control. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for minor cosmetic issues (you'll probably add a few scratches on your new adventures anyway!).

  • Functional defects or performance issues will be fully covered under our warranty.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once the returned item passes inspection.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to complete processing.

  • All shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

  • Contact us at info@jackrabbit.bike to request a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Once approved, you’ll receive instructions.
