Because some ModRabbit products are fulfilled by partner brands, return policies, shipping timelines, and warranty coverage may vary by item.
Partner Fulfillment & Policy Overview
Some products purchased on ModRabbit ship directly from our brand partners through our fulfillment network via Shopify Collective. This means while you purchase the item on our site, it is packed and shipped directly from the manufacturer or primary supplier (e.g., ROCKBROS or Tannus).
- Supplier Disclosure: When this applies, the product page will clearly state: “Fulfilled by our friends at [Company Name]” This means your order is placed through ModRabbit, but packed and shipped directly by the partner brand.
- Policy Applicability: JackRabbit’s standard return policy does not apply to ModRabbit partner products. You must follow the specific return policy of the company fulfilling your order, which is linked directly in the product description.
Return Policies
Return eligibility depends on the company fulfilling your order. Please review the supplier’s return policy linked on the product page before purchasing.
- Standard Returns: Please refer to the supplier link in the product description for the supplier’s full policy.
- Final Sale: Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns.
- Condition: Generally, partner returns must be unopened and unused to be eligible for returns.

Shipping & Cancellations
- Tracking: Tracking information will sync automatically from our supplier to your order status page.
- Address Corrections: Because many orders are transmitted to fulfillment partners quickly, cancellations or address changes are not possible after checkout. Please review your shipping details carefully before placing your order.
- Cancellations: JackRabbit does not accept or request cancellations once an order has been placed.
- Lost or Damaged Items: If a package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact the fulfilling supplier first using the information provided with your order.

For partner fulfilled products, all technical support, warranty claims, and product-specific issues are provided directly by that supplier.
- Supplier Warranty: The warranty policy for partner-fulfilled items is provided by the company fulfilling the order.
If an item is fulfilled directly by JackRabbit, our normal warranty policies apply.
Impact on Your JackRabbit Bike Warranty
Using aftermarket parts sold via ModRabbit does not automatically void your JackRabbit bike warranty. However, please be aware of the following:
- Causal Damage: If an aftermarket component causes damage to your bike or any of its systems, that specific damage will not be covered under your JackRabbit warranty.
- Professional Installation: Proper installation is critical to safety and performance. Damage resulting from incorrect installation may void your JackRabbit bike warranty.
- High-Level Mods: We strongly recommend that all "Level 4" and "Level 5" modifications be performed by a professional bike mechanic to ensure proper function and maintain your warranty.
- Liability: JackRabbit is not responsible for any issues, damages, or injuries pertaining to the installation of these products.
