General Information

What is ModRabbit?

ModRabbit is a curated marketplace for electric bike accessories and modifications. To provide the widest variety of high-quality parts, we partner with quality brands who fulfill orders directly to you.

How does fulfillment work?

Items purchased through ModRabbit may be fulfilled by partner brands via Shopify Collective. This means that while you purchase the item on our site, it is packed and shipped directly from the manufacturer or primary supplier (e.g., ROCKBROS or Tannus).

Who is shipping my order?

Each product page identifies the specific partner fulfilling the order with the text: "Fulfilled by our friends at [Company Name]". You will receive a shipping confirmation from the JackRabbit store, but the package itself comes from the supplier.

Where can I find my tracking information?

Tracking information should sync automatically from our supplier to your order status page.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

After an order is placed, address correction is not available. Please ensure that your information is correct.

Returns & Cancellations

What is the return policy for ModRabbit items?

Because we work with multiple partners, return policies vary by product. JackRabbit's standard return policy does not apply to ModRabbit partner products. You must follow the specific return policy of the company fulfilling your order, which is linked directly on the product's description page on ModRabbit.

Are all sales final?

JackRabbit does not accept or request cancellations once an order is placed. However, some partners may allow returns under specific conditions: Please refer to the specific link on the Product Description Page on ModRabbit for the supplier's full policy.

Issues & Support

What if my item arrives damaged or is lost in transit?

If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the supplier. The supplier's information and policies can be found at the top of the product description page on ModRabbit. If there is no supplier disclosure at the top of the description, JackRabbit is the supplier. The supplier's customer service team will verify shipping and handle the claim with the carrier. The final resolution (refund or replacement) will follow the supplier's provided policy.

Who do I contact for technical support or warranty claims?

For items fulfilled by partners, the warranty policy is maintained by the company fulfilling the order. We recommend reviewing the supplier's warranty link provided on the product page on ModRabbit or contacting them directly for technical specifications.

Bike Part Constraints

Using aftermarket parts that are not sold or approved by JackRabbit or ModRabbit will not automatically void your warranty. However, if an aftermarket component causes damage to your bike or any of its systems, that damage will not be covered under warranty.

We recommend reviewing warranty policies before installing aftermarket components.

Even if a part matches the specifications listed below, fitment is not guaranteed due to differences in manufacturing tolerances. ModRabbit cannot guarantee compatibility for parts not sold on our site.

This section provides general compatibility guidelines for common upgrades like tires, handlebars, and brakes. These are intended to help customers explore aftermarket options safely.
