Terms of Purchase & Installation

By purchasing this item, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the following purchase terms.

Partner Fulfillment & Policies

Some ModRabbit products are fulfilled directly by trusted partner brands through our fulfillment network via Shopify Collective. For these items, return policies, warranty coverage, and support are managed by the fulfilling supplier. Shipping beyond the U.S. depends on the partner's shipping policy

The fulfilling partner is identified at the top of the product description.

Warranty & Professional Installation

Proper installation is critical for rider safety and product performance. The "Ease of Install" ratings are found above the description. Please be aware that:

Damage resulting from incorrect installation may void your JackRabbit bike warranty.
We strongly recommend that all Level 4 and Level 5 modifications be installed by a qualified bike mechanic to help ensure proper function and reduce the risk of installation-related damage. JackRabbit is not responsible for issues, damages, or injuries resulting from the installation, misuse, or modification of these products.

Compatibility

While many accessories and modifications are selected with JackRabbit bikes in mind, some may also be compatible with other small EVs and e-bikes. Compatibility and fitment are not guaranteed for any bike model not specifically listed in the product description. We recommend reviewing the supplier’s return policy before purchasing products intended for unlisted models.
